Ms. Swartz was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2000 and concentrates her legal practice in corporate finance and securities including SFC matters. During the course of her legal career she has been the managing partner at a number of international law firms, prior to this she successfully opened up her own practice. Ms. Swartz has also worked as in-house counsel to Henderson China (Investment Co.) Ltd. Throughout her career she has served on the board of directors of three listed companies and is one of the founding members of the 30% Club Hong Kong.
